Jogging every morning

My family and I used to jog every morning. One way of our bonding. I wonder how many calories can jog can burn for two hours jog? It makes me move faster every after jog.

jpgergen Jogging for a couple hours would burn around 800-1200 calories, depending on how much you weigh. I used to wake up and go for a quick jog in the morning before school and I definitely always felt better on days I got a good run.
