jstrong Yes, what did we do before computers? LOL or the other electronics we have today? It seems like it's unbelieveable that we managed to do things we do w/o our conveniences. I would write most of the time because long distance rates were too high in my opinion...

jstrong Sometimes you don't do anything; it just happens. Or you can be the one making all the effort then get tired of the friendship being one sided. I met my (still) long time girlfriend in the '60's and we are still friends to this day. That's amazing in itself....
