venshida I deal with this often so I understand how you feel. Normally people who do that are inconsiderate. Your friend should of called if she was running late instead of you having to call her.

allisonbrk What about those sleep number beds? You can set a different firmness for each half of the bed. Maybe he isn't sleeping soundly because the mattress isn't right for him? Then its also like having a separate bed but in the same bed.

Tiamjr If they are doing a good job and are more productive because of the break I cannot see what the problem is. Giving your gardeners this extra time doesn't seem unreasonable to me. Good for you for standing up for them:)
