Why do some people have the tv up soo loud?

I know some people have a problem with their hearing,but why do they have the tv up so loud that people in the next street can hear it?

JT Thomas Move out to the country if you want to crank your TV or music really loud. If you do it and live in close proximity to other people then you're a jerk and that's all there is to it. And it's no one else's problem if you're going deaf. Stop being cheap and buy...
