julia28 yes ,ginger and honey are very good for sore throat and cough ! I encourage this treatment ,turmeric with milk works wonder for body ache !!

julia28 YES ,i agree with you ,vicks helps a lot along with lots of fluids like chicken soup ,honey in a glass of warm water ,gargle with tepid saline water .These days doctors prescribe antibiotics immediately .Thank you for your comment.

julia28 Oranges are rich in natural sugar ,carbohydrates,magnesium ,vitamin B6,folate,vitamin c,Calcium,iron,phosphorus,potassium and zinc.Drinking orange juice early in the morning or just before meals is beneficial for treating acidic conditions.

julia28 Yes they are very good for helth and very sour oranges make a very good face pack mixed when with powdered milk and applied.It will add glow on your face.
