A person is incarated and they lost his file and now telling him to wait until they recreat the file over. He has no criminal history. But they say this case is a fellony. But they have no proof of any thing. What should we do? I...

jus4mary They say that 72 hours don't exist anymore. And he is being charged. But he is being held under no proof or no grounds. And yes thank you for bar association info I did not thing of that.
