The gum? the patch? Some other program or medication? Or did you just go cold turkey? Tell me what you used to quit smoking.

jyokot There are many ways available. Before using any medications to quit smoking consult ur physician. All you have to have is strong desire to quit and after quitting strong will power to stay abstinent.
