I do want to lose weight as I am obese. I wonder how people lose their weight and keep it off successfully?

Kabi Definitely need to develop alot of self discipline to maintain a diet, losing is the easy part and maintaining it is the hard part, you can easily get distracted and crave for junk food so need to watch out for that.
