kalass Ya its really nice to play the interviewer role in life than the interviewee. Now i am an interviewee and even i dont care being one but hope i become an interviewer one day like u because i would like to take up that responsibility and enjoy that part.

kalass Thats a fact. Interviewers have other works, interviewing is just a part of their job but not the whole thing. But when u talk about pressure i think in an interview the interviewer is under less pressure than the interviewee.
