Is shyness a sign for depression? I was prowsing around some forums to to see watch others are discussing and I saw one person post that shyness is a sign of depression. How many agree with that? I was always a very shy person....

kalpanakorrapati2007 shyness may have different types, it may happend to because of newness and not knowing about the subject if we overcome these two weaknessess shyness will become less. Apart from all the above if we try to talk with others regularly shynesss will be reduced.

kalpanakorrapati2007 When ever u are in problems just think for a minitue and go through the problem look for the alternative solutions to that problem, take suggestions from your elders,friends try to solve the problem
