karatechick2009 i do other things too but too me 6 days a week is a relle good things becuase at the same time i get to practice more often ... and going 6 days a week in the long run will be better becuase it will help my training but i volunteer and i have a job so i do...

karatechick2009 yeah i know lol 6 days a week is alot but it is the only thing i love i work on karate at home too also but i been slowing down alot becuase of the crush issue..
