karubod hmm yes you are right i usually prefer to buy fresh vegetables . Steaming is good since it preserves nutrients ,even i like the butter... thank you for the suggestion.....

karubod Hi you are right it take lot's of ingredients to make variety of dishes ,what happens with me is ,i would like to try new recieps but when i seach the fridge i don't find all the ingredients that makes my excitment go down.

Hi have heard that it is good to change the tooth brush often but some times i,m too lazy to follow this infact i just forget about it ,i even see some people using brushes which are in worst condition.how often do you change...

karubod oh that's a good habit to change the tooth brush and also brushing twice a day.yes it is an advantage to buy tooth brush with indicators so that we know when to replace it .even though some times the indicator fades of i wouild continue using brush for 1 more...

karubod yeah me too i will change when i feel like using a new design of tooth brush or just simply when it seems too old or worn out .but i see some persons using brushes in worst condition the bristles are teared apart and mashed

karubod hi even i too don,t change regularly but i wont use it as long as one year , i guess by that time the tooth brush would be out of shape and worn out .but i think its better to change it at least for 3 months or so ,new brush is always effective than old one.

Qualitybux.com is in prelaunch but I joined soon enough to get free pioneer membership, so it launches on august 7th but I think I can get enough money before that to cash out. Will I be able to cash out or is it just a waste...

karubod yes even i got same message that we have to post our proof but i could not do it in the forum ,but i got my second payment from the site .but after each time we cash out minimum payout increases ........i don,t think it is must

karubod Hi yes even i,m about to reach 3rd payout hope they will be back ,it is one of my trusted ptc site , which seems to pay fast also.but the other site coincilckxsalary i think from same administration is working.......lets hope hkbuzz will be back
