katerinabel hehe this actually made me smile coz it already is happening to me. i don't get mad at him. it's not his fault for being too handsome. i'm lucky to have him as a bf. i would get mad if he encourage the homosexuals in any way.

Read more books and watch less TV

Watching TV too much will have a bad effect on our brain.So why don't we use the time of watching TV to do more meaningful things,like reading.And we can benefit a lot from reading.

katerinabel come to think of it. i rarely watch tv nowadays. as soon as i get home, i open the computer and surf the net. when i'm ready to sleep, i open a good book and read before sleeping. i watch tv now only for news.

katerinabel yes. i find reading while lying down comforting and relaxing. if i want to sleep, i would just put the book down and sleep. if not, at least i get to finish the book i'm reading.
