Our body is made up mostly of water and mostly we do sweat and we do tend to lose water if we perform our activities of daily living. water is our body cleasnser and i really believe we need it. i think i meet the 8 glasses a day...

kath_b hmm...you are thirsty always? does your appetite increase also? or are you fond of eating too? and do you urinate always? the burning feeling in your stomach might be of gastric acidity. you can go check with your doctor. =)

kath_b well perhaps we have different experiences. anyway, concerts here are rare and i watch some in youtube too but however some vids are not that great. I always like live ones since you can really see if they do sound right. hahahaa =)
