kath_b dependz..sometimes there's a middle child syndrome going on where the eldest and the youngest are more favored by the parent and the middle is left out. That usually happens if there are three siblings and the middle ones are like sometimes forgotten....

I think they should pay relatively more tax as they are the ones with the metaphorical 'big shoulders' if they pay more tax it means the poor people can pay less tax and thus scrape along.
