Iv gained a lot of weight since iv been with my partner and I'm trying to lose the weight and really hard as my partner eats junk food and he still skinny as anything so frustrating what shall I do to help me ?

youless @Katinquieti I am a person who eat slowly so that I can enjoy the food well. I can't eat fast since I will feel uncomfortable after that. It is not easy for me to gain more weights no matter what I eat.

Cool @Katinquieti. You are right that apples keep you from being hungry. Apples keep you fuller much longer but not all day. Also lettuces keep you fuller and water.
