katrina21 Not my views, and I do think they are drastic views, no offence meant, but unless financially rewarding work is available after retirement, life often loses meaning. I do not believe all that Dr. Demartini says, but it is worth pondering over!

katrina21 I assume you have no medical problem for the weight gain eg. thyroid problems. I also assume that you do not overindulge in food. No special diet is necessary for the exercise regime I recommend, just exercise a little portion control!

Well Today in school there was a kid who had to strip down into his boxers beacuse they "Assumed" he had marijuana on him... i dont think the school has the right to strip someone down until there boxers...and he didnt even have...
