katylady77 I just got a smart phone and downloaded an app that syncs to home also, it is free myfitpal, you put in your weight,goals and how fast you want to lose it then tells you how many calories to eat, I logEVERY bite and sip in there it really opns your eyes up!...

katylady77 update, i downloaded a calorie counter app to track my eating eeeeeek its 617 pm and have lessthan 300 calories left but did eat a good dinner it really is eye opening to see how much you eat and stop your self whenyou know your calories are gettng low!

katylady77 hllo, I would suggest weight watchers or atkins. since both run at to high a cost and I just got an android phone i downloaded a calorie counter app where yopu can do it online also

Just to let you know dollar general now accepts coupons! the rules seem to be: -no bogo -limit two printed per transaction I didnt have time to really get into what they had but often they will have nice name brands...
