dear mylotters eating a chocolate is very beneficial for your health i should contain low amount of sugar . and it should be eaten one in a day of quality chocolate. are you eating it or not?? i suggest you.

voldrox hi i would say eating chocolate everyday is not good, it poses problems for your teeth and it contains a lot of energy too, eating it rather occasionally is advisable...i too eat chocolates but not that often... i rather spend more money on soft drinks...
