i suddenly remembered that i haven't been weighing myself for quite sometime so i stepped on the digital scale. 148.6 - eek! i went to the calendar to write it and received another shock. my last recorded weight was way back...

kayee Yeah. I think it's really important to start moving. Walking can help, but you can try running. :) Like, 15-20 minutes a day. That wouldn't hurt I guess. It helped me, that's for sure. :)
