drug testing for food stamps?

just curious to see what everyone thinks.. should citizens be able to pass a drug test in order to receive food stamps?

kayla thomas i've just heard multiple people say they would like this to be in act. i believe the reasoning behind it was kinda like "if they can afford drugs they can afford food" ya know? that's not my direct opinion, though.

kayla thomas i personally do not have one but i see them everywhere. i feel like it's just like the "silly bands" trend. in a few months we probably won't hear or see much about them. the intentions of the product were good though.
