drug testing for food stamps?

just curious to see what everyone thinks.. should citizens be able to pass a drug test in order to receive food stamps?

No, i see no reason for it. After all, food stamps are only useful to purchase food and beverages i do know that some people try and sell their stamps for cash, but i think that's crazy since if found out, you can lose your benefits for good.
