payatot i keep on telling myself "breathe breath.. calm down" but when my boiling point is reached i have the tendecy to throw everything that gets in my way. i release my anger by cursing tremendously. but prayers also help.

fujin1985 When I get really furious about something, I isolate myself to prevent from nagging it all out! I do can control my anger by looking things at the bright side, but when I really get pissed out and fumingly mad, I can't control my "choice of words".

shaz6611 what you need is a myspace layout. search for myspace layouts under web in the search bar and lots of sites should come up. pick the one you like the most and copy the code it comes with. then you paste the code in the edit profille section under 'about me'....
