after crying... why it hurts

Why is it that after we cried out loud, not only our feelings were hurt but our eyes always hurts more, that even sometimes our eyes looks swollen and worst couldn't open it well. How you able to manage it?

kemmss Crying is very important, because we express what we feel in our innermost being the pressure of letting it out is what makes our eyes swell, because no words can express what the body is feeling except for it to CRY.
