kenange Actually, sheep and goat milk are out for me, since it's the proteins that I'm allergic to. The doctor said to stay away from milk from animals for these six weeks. If going dairy free makes me feel better, then I thought that maybe I might try to add back...

kenange Thanks. I'm not too worried about the calcium, because of fortified orange juice and soy milk. As well as supplements. My doctor recommended going completely dairy product free for 6 weeks. I think he's also hoping that it helps my migraines.
