kenange Thanks. I'm not too worried about the calcium, because of fortified orange juice and soy milk. As well as supplements. My doctor recommended going completely dairy product free for 6 weeks. I think he's also hoping that it helps my migraines.

kenange I've never heard of a boost plan, but I definitely have a preference in regards to cell providers. I live in a relatively rural (not in the middle of nowhere, though) area, and there has only been one carrier who has delivered consistent service - Verizon....
