When I was a kid, I want to be a doctor. But later I found out that blood makes me sick :) So I studied social science instead and graduated with Bachelor Degree in Communications. But I still love to read forensic science books and watch CSI series...well, at least I don't have to touch the blood :) What about you, what do you want to be when you were a kid?? Did you reach your childhood dream or did you change your mind???

When I was a child I wanted to be either a doctor or a preschool teacher. As of right now I still want to be in the Preschool to work or a daycare. I havent yet made my dream come true as I had my oldest child before I was even done with High School. I am hoping when my children are a little bit older I can have the time to go to school and get the degree needed to make my dream happen.

I always think that teacher is a noble job, because it requires knowledge, dedication as well as patience. It's wonderful that you want to become a teacher. Good luck.

I wanted to become a dentist because I have a bad set of teeth. But since I'm afraid of needles I later on decided to just pursue a computer course. Thou at times I still think what would have happened if I become a dentist. Its kinda nice thinking about it.

My obsession when i was a child is i want to be an engineering consultant. I thought i was influenced by my father who was a consultant when that time. That's why i studied civil engineering and got my degree on that major. I think i'm one of the lucky person who can aiming their goals perfectly. But however the road to be here was never smoothly. Since my father passed away 8 years ago, our living getting harder. But fortunately although only with my mother besides me, i can finished my study and start to work and earn money. Thank's God. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

When I was a kid, I wanted to be a chef. Then, a veterinarian. But, a teacher in the junior high told me that chefs work late hours, never see their families or friends, and don't make a lot of money. My vet dreams went down the drain after we had to put my first dog to sleep. I couldn't stand the thought of doing that to someone else. I ended up in Chemical Engineering. Now, 'm doing accounting part time, and hoping to be able to switch to that full time some day.

When I was a kid, I want to be a soldier. I want to be in a war and kill enemies. I was a war-lover that time. But now, I grew up and I don't want war anymore. It's not good for all the people in the world

Growing up, I knew I was going to be an Architect. I used to create designs of what my house was going to look like and everything. When I found out how much math I would need to take, it was a big turn-off and I joined the Air Force instead. The irony of it all is that I'm now an analyst and numbers-crunching is my lively hood. GO FIGURE! Cheers, Stan

I didn't have a big ambition when I was a child. I wanted to work in the zoo as I could take care of the animals. And I also hoped I could work in the toys department of the department store. I don't work like that after I grow up:) I love China

When I was young, I like the feeling on the bus, and I want to be a bus driver, so I can stay on the bus for a long time. But now, I still can not drive. Maybe a few years later, my dream will come ture.

When I was a kid the only thing I wanted to be was a stay at home mom. I'm not sure about the stay at home, but I have my first child on hte way :). I went through a few different things that I wanted to be as I got older. I wanted to be a preschool teacher, well actually different jobs that I would be around children. As for right now, I am going to focus on being a mom. When my child grows up a bit I will figure out what I want to do.

Growing up, all I ever wanted to be was a teacher. Most specifically, I wanted to teach English. I was the kid that spent my summers "playing school" and "teaching" the other kids in the neighborhood. Some days, we'd do "nature walks" or work on "projects" LOL Funny thing, too, is that they always went along with it. When I graduated high school and was preparing for college, my teachers told me that the job prospects were next to none at that time and they all recommended that I not get a teaching degree. Instead, I got a Business Administration degree in Finance. It has been a valuable degree and helps me immensely as a self-employed person... but a spot in my heart still wanted to teach ;)

I remember when I was young, I thought of becoming a doctor just like you,but when I reached high school, I also realized that I am actually afraid of operations. But I do remember that I always played the role of a teacher when I was a kid. Now I thank God, I got my dream:)

Hi, this is one of the questions that i've been thinking through. Ya, when i was young, there're some of the occupations that i wish to be. At that time, i wish to become pilot, doctor, businessman, and once i've thought of being a taxi driver! haha..that's because i thought that i can go to many places with the taxi and i can meet many people daily in and out. However as i grow up, my ambition changes. I wish to be a doctor because i feel like it's so great that doctors can save lots of people and contribute to the society. However, i didn't make it to be because i failed to apply for medicine for my university course. Now i end up being an engineer in a manufacturing factory, haha. How irony of life is!

i dreamed to be a math teacher when i was a child, because I loved math very much when i was in primary school. However, i had changed my mind since i was more interested in English when I was in high schood. I chose English as my major in my college and hope to become an interpretor some day. I am working on it now~
