kennethfoo Yes, we have experienced power outages in last few days but it was was short like 30 minutes. Sorry to hear about your situation...hoping that the power problem will be resolve the soonest.

kennethfoo Sorry to hear about the incident but I think there are still lots of gentlemen around. Maybe it just so happen that the guy in the bus isn't the gentle one or perhaps he had a bad day and just doesn't seem to care.

kennethfoo There is another way to enjoy rice the way way Chinese prepare it which is rice congee, a thick porridge or rice soup. It is a classic Chinese breakfast meal that can be served with toppings such as crullers, pork, fish or beef.

kennethfoo Why not try rice cakes, it is like bread made from rice flour instead of wheat flour. However it is cooked by steaming rather than baking in the oven. It has a lot of variations , it can have cheese, purple yam or coconut juice in it.
