Kexington There really aren't any 'rules' or regulations in regard to rating people or 'choosing a best response'. Its based solely on a matter of opinion. Personally, I rate people positively when I feel that they have really added something to the conversation....

Kexington The problem here is that you're likely running Internet Explorer 6 or older. This feature wasn't introduced until IE7 I believe.. There's a good chance you'll want to update to the latest version if you can, it'll provide a much better web browsing...
