kidrosey I don't think anyone should call young women anything that is derogatory. So I don't think that there is a "better" word. It's not as much the word that is used as much as the intention behind it.

kidrosey No you can't take too much vitamin C. At least not in the sense you talking about. Your body will use what it needs and flush the rest. The vitamins you need to be careful of are A, D ,E , and K. They can be toxic if taken in high doses.
