so i really really need your advice cuz i dont know what the hell is wrong so here is what happend ..... yesterday at night i was at my parkour practice all was fine untill i had to do a wall flip i did it 2 times very good...

killerbullet oh Kris your making me worry :D i dunno in my case it didnt swell at all .. so i dont know ? and i can walk on it with minimum pain its not that hard although there is sometimes that when i step on it when its a little bit tilted it hurts much i dunno...

killerbullet thanks for your advice but my foot is way better now than it was 2 days ago :D i can walk on it "like " normal except for a little pain . i think it was just a sprained foot and i didn't go to the doctor because it didnt swell at all thats what made me...

killerbullet yeah that's exactly what i mean at night every thing is quite and is much less disturbance and noise so u can focus more i usually do most of my studies after 11 pm that's when i am most focused
