killian Exchangers usually do not trade e-gold paypal, that's because paypal payments can be reverted, and e-gold cannot, so a lot of people fraud it :) Anyway, you can try to exchange it on forums. Hope it helps!

gmail is a best free e-mail because it few of spam mail and can recieve verify mail my downline use hotmail so can't verify their mail
