Teenagers and Cell Phones

Ok - so we just got my daughter a cell phone. She's 13 and we got it about a month ago. She acts like it is her lifeline! We have to take it away from her because she would be on it for hours. We have rules about it, like it stays...

Family pictures?

How often do you think is reasonable to get professional family pictures done? They get quite expensive and year after year it adds up! Now with phones I think we do a pretty good job but it's not quite the same as family...
