The Goosebump books use to scare me when i was about ten years old but now they seem kind of stupid. I haven't read the fear street books but they sound like they could scare me more. My favorite gb book is Let's get Invisible....

How do you get a tenant out that is dealing drugs?

I am having a problem with a tenaunt. They where arrested for drugs, in Janurary and have not paid the rent. He is due in court soon, and trying to find out what my options are. I am new to being a Landlord.

kittykatxox845 you can go to court with your tennent to cancel the lease...my dad did that...its the fastest way i think....
