klasburt I agree, and the nice thing about switchgrass is you plant it once then harvest as it grows very much like mowing grass. Thus you save the top soil from erosion, and eliminate the use of many pesticides and fertilizers.

klasburt I've never met a book I didn't like. I love to read so I'm always willing to pick up a book that grabs my eye or by an author I am familiar with. Also having culinary training a unique cookbook is a must have!!
