after Christmas, my sweet baby will be a year old :( she is growing too fast yall. She is getting so big now! She even started eating food from the table ( like taters, and biscuits and gravy) soft stuff, it is breaking my heart...

Jennifer We usually put ours up right after Thanksgiving. =) I think whenever you want to is good. Our house is small so a tree would take up too much room to keep up for too long.

Margarita We've bought an artificial tree some years ago so we use the same one every year. As we love the lights and the Christmas feelings, we usually start to decorate it at the beginning of December.

Ruchitha You can decoupage few jars and keep them as showpieces. Some can be used to grow small indoor plants ,decorating them further adds beauty to your garden.

Manisha this has been on my DIY folder forever. If you chose to do the tea light idea ...you can try this one. Only...you might have to makes holes in the lid so air can get in the jar and keep the flame alive.
