kparoo Thank you so much for responding. I tried weightwatchers for a few weeks, I liked their concept of points for proportions, but then with a hectic life it was hard for me to count those points and well I just dropped that program.

kparoo There is no best method. Just speak both languages to the child and the child shall pick it up. At a young age it is easy to learn languages, not so when one gets older. At my house we stress more on Urdu then English as my kids speak English a lot here. I...
