For the love of God can somebody suggest something for an insomniac like me. I've gone to the doctor and ofcourse he prescribed sleeping pills. I don't wanna be pill dependent. Is there a natural way of approach to it? Thanks...

krs4web First health is important. If health is not good then these side-effects are automatically raised in our body. So take food in regular timing and must eat the fruits and vitamins foods to avoid the sleepless.
