Guys.. a simple discussion. Should personal emails be banned at work places ?? Most organisations accross the globe today block email sites like Yahoo, Google and Hotmail for the simple reason that it decreases productivity....

rachelcaron When I reply to discussion I try to write at least a few sentences and I always use tags. I wonder if that helps? I wasn't sure, but I guess it does.

hitzphillygirl As long as the person can get their job done, there's no reason to ban personal e-mails. I used to check my mail at school all the time, but I always got my work done.
