Well, actually this question still haunts my mind. Why do Organisations ban or put a firewall on website like Yahoo!, GMail, HOTMAIL, ORKUT etc. at workplaces ?? IS it that they don't trust their employees or are they being over...

Guys.. a simple discussion. Should personal emails be banned at work places ?? Most organisations accross the globe today block email sites like Yahoo, Google and Hotmail for the simple reason that it decreases productivity....
