drinking of coffee is cant cause of not sleep

if i drink coffee at day time or even what time i cant sleep at night.whatever i do to get my sleep is not happening thats why i am avoid of drinking coffee.coz i know i am suffer at night make me no sleep all night.i wonder why...

kylatarle28 I don't drink coffee but there was this time that I was so sleepy during my work and I've tried to drink coffee to awaken me, but nothing happens.That's why I don't believe that drinking coffee will avoid us to sleep.
