I know mostly of the people all over the world saw or heard the news that some part of Davao City was devastated by flash floods days ago.50,000 families are affected and death toll rise to 29 and still many are missing.So sad...

kyle0329 whew! city engineering also is the one to blame for not making a good drainage,well same old story,budget for the project have been cut by some greedy people in the position.Proper education is always needed for the people.
