xkaraix I try to keep quiet at night too (vacuuming and such) but if my neighbour down stairs has been particularly noisy and annoying I sometimes get spiteful and whip out the vacuum early in the morning and clean the room above his room

SarahEC Yes, I live upstairs and I try to run my washing machine and vacuum during the day so I don't bother the neighbors downstairs. I'm sure sometimes I get on their nerves, though. lol.

sedel1027 I agree with you. We make an effort to keep our noise down and think our neighbors should do the same. If they are too loud, then we go ask them to turn their music or whatever down. Most neighbors don't care because they want their quiet as well. Our upstairs...
