Marie Coyle Son said this evening that he is very thankful that the AC is fixed but he wishes it just wasn’t so hot and we could open the windows. Maybe the heat wave will be over in a few weeks. We can hope!

I try very hard to deal with stress in a positive way, up front and head on, so to speak. Everything from deep breathing to walking to sitting calmly to do something that calms me--and I can generally get past the extreme part....
