MARILYN I have the same issue with my dining room table. It's a catch-all for everything We have light rain here this morning and it's 60 degrees.

Shasha I think that is not bad at all. Transitioning from a large garden to a balcony is a great way to stay connected to nature. What kinds of herbs are you going to grow on your balcony?
