what is the best way to protect your computer from virus?

i recently been attack by virus, all i have to do is format my computer.. evey time i want to downloads something on the internet then it make me worry of virus.. how to handle this problem..

it possible isn't.. anywhere if it really happen.. are we all ready for it... no email, no online banking,no everything that you had done right now with you internet connection, doing work in traditional way... that was crazy...

langitbiru901 if you can shut down it then you will go famous.. because everyone will looking who did the crime.. and if it really happen.. live will be so boring, we have to run to pay bills..
