what is the best way to protect your computer from virus?

i recently been attack by virus, all i have to do is format my computer.. evey time i want to downloads something on the internet then it make me worry of virus.. how to handle this problem..

mulau2u all you need is a antivirus, before you have to open a file that you download scan it first with an antivirus.. dont leave your computer with no antivirus install if you want to be connected to internet.. dont even open unknown file.. posiable it a virus.....

mulau2u my bad mood easy to come when i get sick, i dont like talking to much when i sick, it easy to me get angry when people keep asking when i in sick condation.. it my bad mood time..

mulau2u just while a ago my friend been caught chating on internet, i already tech how to hide the windows faster by doing the ALT-TAB or Win Key + D, but when the panic come your finger will mess out hahaha.. running on the keyboard clicking of nothing.. better say...

bangunan people actually say lazy for a bad things only, but if we think it deeply we can transform the word lazy to be something good.. yeah it true because of people so lazy to do something they create a robot to do a work for them. if we all a so hardworking people...

mulau2u i'm not angry if the things not to related to me so much,but i have do a lot of thing to my computer, imagine 20GB my hardworking works gone just in a second because someone mistake.. whatever i will try not to think it so much..

bangunan drink a lot of water.. and dont say a things, keep drinking until your angry gone or getting cool..do this will help you..
