lankovski i don't think taking sleeping pills is a good way to heal the sleeping trouble. u may review all you've done the previous day while feeling hard to sleep,or u can also plan and schedule your next day in your mind.those above things will dispel your...

lankovski ha, i've got used to the heat wave in my area, though i prefer to a cooler season like autumn. As for winter, it doesn't have many diferences from autumn because of the nearness from my area to tropics.
