chest pain?

I am 28 years old and recently i am experiencing chest pains. They happen for no reason, when i am relaxing, on bed, sitting and standing but not after an exercise.It is a stabbing pain and sometimes squeezing pain and gets worse...

I am on my feet 8 hrs a day with my job. i am suffering from achilles tendon pain quite badly .any remedies or cure?
