How many hours of sleep do you personally require to be well rested?

leecas I think 8 hours will be sufficient. There are a few unfinished work waiting for me to do. Sleeping is a waste of time. I have to spent time in earing money. My brain can not stop working even when I am asleep.

leecas I like Shakespare too. He is the greatest English writer whose works lift up my spirit.I didnt read all of his books, but i can recite many classical paragraphs, for example, prince Hamlet's monologue,"To be or not to be........."
