snowy I think that vitamins can be helpful, However, they are not the be all and end all. I think you need to eat a proper diet. I think vitamins come in handy when you dont have time to do this.

fifileigh i turn my head to the clock, get out of bed, and say, "I gotta pee." i take my usual morning piss, feed the cat, feed the goldfish and make my morning coffee as i try to wake up while watching some indie film on tv.

Alucifer89 This happens every single day, without fail .. it has been happening for past 18 years and i am sure this will happen till i am pretty incapable of doin anything. Everytime i wake up, i say and think, inperfect harmony .. between the brain and the words ......
