snowy I think that vitamins can be helpful, However, they are not the be all and end all. I think you need to eat a proper diet. I think vitamins come in handy when you dont have time to do this.

fifileigh i turn my head to the clock, get out of bed, and say, "I gotta pee." i take my usual morning piss, feed the cat, feed the goldfish and make my morning coffee as i try to wake up while watching some indie film on tv.
